~Commission TOS~
1. I only accept PayPal. I do have a BuyMeACoffee and Kofi account as well, but this is only a backup and for tips.
2. I will require reference images. Unless you are asking me to design an OC for you, I require references of your OC and / or a description. References for poses and clothing are also useful but not mandatory, they just help me to see your vision and know exactly what you are asking for.
3.Deposits are non-refundable after the sketch is sent. Before doing the sketch, I will take a deposit of 50% of the confirmed pricing. This is due to the time it takes during the planning, sketching, and editing stage before the full payment (which is after the sketch is confirmed).
4. I will draw anything- but some things cost extra. I am comfortable drawing most topics/scenarios, though there are a few things which I would prefer not to draw (like gore or vore). If you have any questions, feel free to message me beforehand. Additionally, I have the right to refuse a drawing if I do not feel comfortable drawing it.
5. I will always be available to make basic changes. If you have already paid for an artwork and agreed that it is complete, but you wish to change something about the piece later on, I am happy to change it for you (I say basic changes, as I will not be redrawing the whole piece for free, this means colour changes, accessories, issues etc.
6. You cannot use my art for commercial purposes. You are free to use it in profile pictures, banners etc., but cannot use it for profit/merchandise.
7. If you refund the piece, I am able to reuse it for my own artwork. This is due to me already putting in the time for sketches, so I am able to use them for my own artwork if they are not being used anymore.
8. I like to post my commissions on my socials. Please let me know if you would not like me to post it or keep you anonymous, neither is a problem, but i like to know beforehand.
~Animation specific TOS~
1. all standard TOS except point 5 are included. Iam highly unlikely to be able to edit a characters design easily after fully animating the piece due to the way adobe animate works. It is not *impossible* to do, but it would take more time, so i would charge extra depending on how long/ complex the animation is. Additionally, if there are issues with the animation (e.g. clipping) i am happy to fix those for free.
2. expain how you would like the animation to look in as much detail as possible. This makes it easier for me to understand exactly what you are looking for, and ensures that point 3 does not come into play as often. If you have any reference videos or gifs, these are a major help in making sure i can see your vision.
3. excessive revisions will cost extra. I am happy to make one revision per second on a piece if i havent understood exactly what you are looking for (for example 10 seconds = 10 revisions free). However, if this is becoming an excessive ammount (whether that is from miscommunication or uncertainty on what you would like) i will begin to charge, starting from £2 per revision depending on how complex it is to change.
